Our places are all in one vacation spots and super cozy for all
Our Tahoe place is located in a complex that has access to a pool, ski hill, rope's course and spa. You can rent this spot one of 3 ways. As a studio that sleeps 4, a room that sleeps 2 or a condo that sleeps 6. Either combination ensures you use of a roomy private balcony for you to have your coffee on. Directly below our place is a delicious seasonal restaurant. There is a food truck in the winter, awesome sledding and a perfect beginner ski hill on a 1-2 minute walk away. The studio or condo is set up for people who enjoy to cook and with high speed internet for anyone having to mix business with please. Summers are also fabulous in Tahoe and the famous lake is a 5 minute drive away.
Our Florida home has access to two pools, a private beach entrance, and use of a 2023, six seater, street legal EV golf cart. You can play either tennis, pickle ball or basketball on the grounds. St. Andrews national park is next door. The place has next level snorkeling. All this can be done in under a 5 minute walk or take our golf cart if you prefer to drive. This place sleeps 6 people between 3 bedrooms. Our kitchen is well stocked and the cable is fast. Our sweet home is in a gated community with the nicest neighbors around.

Yeah, not only are our places awesome, but we are super down to help you enjoy your vacation with our insider knowledge. We generally like people. Ask any of the people who have been to our house for a party. Since we started on Airbnb we have been super host every year. Not need to take out word for it.
